Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take
effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.
What counts as a "seat"?
A seat is any staff member with a login — owners, admins, managers and technicians.
Requesters (portal-only users) don't count against your seat limit because they never
access the staff dashboard.
Do you charge per technician?
No. TeamWork charges per account, not per person. Your plan includes a seat count.
If you need more headroom, upgrade to the next tier — Unlimited removes all caps entirely.
What happens when a trial ends?
After 14 days your account moves to Starter. All your data is preserved. You can
subscribe at any point to restore Pro features — no re-import needed.
What is an "open work order"?
Any work order in Open, Assigned or In Progress status counts toward the limit.
Completed and cancelled orders do not, so the limit reflects active workload, not
total history.
Is there an annual discount?
Every account is billed at the same predictable monthly rate — no annual
contracts, no lock-in, cancel anytime.
