Conditions can be based on any combination of: category (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, general), location (site, building, floor, area), priority level, and the source of the request (portal submission vs. internally created). A rule that says “any electrical work order in Building A goes to Technician Lee” runs every time a matching work order is created, without any manual step.

Rules are evaluated in order. If a work order matches more than one rule, the first matching rule applies. Managers can review and reorder rules in the automation settings to control priority.


Route by Priority Level

Priority routing ensures that high-urgency work orders reach the right people immediately, without depending on a manager catching the incoming request at the right moment.
